Rental Of Space

Bye the Willow is the perfect event venue for parties up to 120 attendees. Our goal is to keep events intimate and beautiful, to make this possible groups of 120 and below are the most fitting. 


Business and Personal events are both welcome.

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from us. We are also excited to bring on a full service caterer who will provide you with delicious menu options to choose from for your event. Looking for something unique? He will work with you to make ensure your food is exactly what you want!  


Dawn and Adam are our venue event coordinators. Their goal is to make your event everything you want it to be.They are willing to be as involved, or uninvolved, as you would like them to be!

There is no additional charge for large groups during business hours. However for a group of 20 or more a reservation is appreciated for proper staffing. Call Dawn @ 715-559-0371 to make your reservation. Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed after 6 pm.

How to get started planning your event... Call Adam at 715-790-7530 and he will set up a meeting with you to go over all of your event, beverage and food options. Hall Rental As Lounge or Banquet Facility

Hourly Rate Outside of Operation Hours (private event): 

Sunday - Saturday: $100 minimum an hour 

 --space as is--

During Operation Hours (private event): 

Sunday-Thursday: $350 minimum

Friday/Saturday: $600 minimum

Schedule your event to take place before Labor Day and you will receive our summer rental fee of $100 an hour, even during business hours... with the exception of weddings and wedding receptions. 

Wedding & Wedding Receptions

$800 - tables, chairs, white table cloths and bartenders included.


As Lounge: 

The space will maintain the same set up as it would if it were open any other night. The chairs and tables will not be switched out. Although, some rearranging is possible to accommodate for the event.  


As Banquet Facility: 
 the space will be transformed into a space with 8 person round tables and chairs. We will supply seating for up to 150 people. An additional set up and take down fee may be applied to your event and vary on how much is needed. (see below)


Set Up and Take Down Fees: (Non-wedding events)

$100 set up / take down: First 5 tables (8 chairs per table)

$200 set up / Take down: 6 - 12 tables (8 chairs per table)

$250 set up / take down: 13 - 17 tables (8 chairs per table)
